We have the capability to create custom windows and doors in any size or style. Recently, for a recreation of a plantation home, our team designed and fabricated a Georgian-style entry door with highly decorative sidelights and an elliptical transom. The true-divided lights were designed on the computer and the curved, mahogany trim pieces were individually hand-crafted.

By making our own knives, we can create a variety of custom mouldings and replicate antique mouldings to match existing material. Using our laser cutter we create a template that precisely duplicates the pattern. We then grind our own knife to cut the material. The laser cutter can also rapidly cut intricate and custom designs in a variety of materials and we continue to explore the ways in which we can maximize its capabilities.

We also run a safe and efficient woodworking shop with a state-of-the-art dust collection system and a thorough, safety training program.
